Research Description

Professor Niemi's research interests lie in the intersection of statistical methods and their applications to biology and epidemiology. His expertise will strengthen the department’s applied statistics groups, and provide many collaborative opportunities across campus, especially with MCDB, Engineering, and BMSE among others.
