Open text search will return faculty profiles which contain your keywords.
Add a plus sign (+) in front of any words that must appear in the results (Example: +energy)
Add a minus sign (-) in front of any words that must not appear in the search results (Example: -polymers)

Examples:
energy efficiency - returns documents either word appearing in the document.
energy +efficiency - returns documents that must contain the word "efficiency".
+energy +efficiency - returns documents that must contain both words in the document.
energy -efficiency - returns documents that do not contain efficiency.
